These Terms apply to all users of our Services, including developers, businesses, and organizations. If you are using our Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Whatspie provides a WhatsApp API platform that allows developers and businesses to integrate WhatsApp messaging capabilities into their applications and systems. Our Services include:

  • WhatsApp API Gateway for sending and receiving messages
  • Webhook delivery system for real-time notifications
  • Visual Bot Builder for creating automated conversations
  • Broadcast messaging capabilities
  • Analytics and reporting tools
  • Developer dashboard and management tools

Our Services are provided as Software as a Service (SaaS) and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at our discretion with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

You grant us a limited license to use your data as necessary to provide our Services. We grant you a limited license to use our Services subject to these Terms.

9. Service Availability and Support

We strive to provide reliable services but cannot guarantee 100% uptime:

  • Uptime Target: We target 99.9% uptime for our core services
  • Maintenance: Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
  • Support: Support levels vary by subscription plan
  • Service Changes: We may modify or discontinue features with notice

  • By Us: Terminate for cause immediately or without cause with 30 days notice

You remain responsible for all charges incurred before termination.
